The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the Class 12th Term 2 final result on July 22, 2022. It is obtainable on CBSE’s official website cbseresults.nic.in and results.cbse.nic.in. Besides them, it is even available on digilocker.gov.in and resuts.gov.in.

CBSE Class 12th Result: An Overview
A total of 1444341 applicants registered for this year’s examination. Out of them, only 1435366 shown for the CBSE Class 12th examination. The overall percentage of students passing the exam is 92.71% which is roughly 4% more than CBSE Class 12th results 2020.
The region with the highest pass percentage is Trivandram with 98.83% and Prayagraj has noted the lowest pass percentage of 83.71%. In the national capital, the overall pass % is 96.29%. The pass percentage in major regions of India contains Pune with 90.48%, Bengaluru with 98.16%, Chennai with 97.79%, Chandigarh with 95.98% and Noida with 90.27%.
In terms of gender, Girls recorded 94.54% pass % and boys recorded 91.25% pass % . Among the transgender applicants, all of those who appeared for this year’s CBSE class 12th examinations have passed it making their pass percentage 100%.
In school-wise performance, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is at the top with a 98.93 pass percentage, followed by Central Tibetan School Administration (CTSA) with 97,86%, Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) with 97.04%, Government Aided schools with 94.81% and Government schools with 93.38%.

From the education year 2022-23, CBSE has confirmed that the exams will be held in a once-a-year format. They will be conducted from February 15, 2023, for both Class 10th and Class 12th.
